SIDE’s AI-Agent uses a combination of on-chain and off-chain data to better understand user behavior and optimize how projects engage with their communities.
On-Chain Data
The AI-Agent monitors blockchain activity to identify key metrics like which wallets hold your token. This gives projects a real-time view of their holders. In the future, SIDE plans to enhance these capabilities by analyzing holding durations and recognizing patterns like diamond hands—users who consistently hold their tokens. Additionally, the AI-Agent will be able to track transaction behaviors, such as buying or selling activity, to help detect trends and understand how holders interact with the token.
Off-Chain Data
Beyond blockchain activity, the AI-Agent analyzes how users engage on platforms like Twitter and Telegram. Currently, it detects whether users tweet about the project, but soon it will also monitor retweets, likes, comments, and mentions to gain deeper insights into engagement. On Telegram, the AI-Agent will assess factors such as participation frequency, message quality, and overall involvement in group discussions, allowing projects to evaluate and reward meaningful community contributions.
Custom Metrics
Projects will have the flexibility to define specific behaviors they want to incentivize. Whether it’s rewarding active engagement on social media, continuous token accumulation, or consistent participation in discussions, the AI-Agent will align these metrics with project goals to create a highly tailored incentive system.
Advanced Insights
In the future, SIDE’s AI-Agent will identify and segment users based on their behaviors. For example, it could highlight high-value holders, frequent engagers, or promising new members. These insights will allow projects to refine their strategies, ensuring that the most valuable contributors are rewarded and nurtured.
Bot Detection
To maintain the integrity of rewards, SIDE already employs over 16 bot-detection features, ensuring that only real users benefit from the incentive system. Any bots that do manage to join will have an almost negligible chance of receiving rewards, keeping the focus on genuine community engagement.
